The 2nd floor of the building is enshrined a wax figure resembled Luang Phu Sodh or Phra Mongkol-Thepmuni (Sodh Candasaro) Wat Paknam Phasi Charoen and an imitated image of the Emerald Buddha as well as displays paintings of the royal families from past to present. View of the sea with rising tide makes it looks like the building is floating on the water. On top floor of the \"Relics of the Ganges Grand Pagoda\", a golden pagoda is located. People can go inside and see an altar containing the relics, which is the first of its kind in the world. A pathway from the temple at coastline connects the Relics of the Ganges Grand Pagoda Preecha Prapakorn Sage Sornnil Memorial and the chapel, which are situated on the sea. The three-story pagoda contains paintings about stories on Buddhism and Thai Kings as well as is enshrined Buddha images. The golden top-level pagoda preserves relics and overlooks scenes from bird's eye view over the sea and land as well as the pathway that stretches to the sea to the \"Relics of the Ganges Grand Pagoda\". The ground level of the \"Relics of the Ganges Grand Pagoda\" is enshrined an imitated image of Luang Pho Buddhist Sothon and other Buddha images for the devotees to walk around to pay homage. The 2nd floor of the building is enshrined a wax figure resembled Luang Phu Sodh or Phra Mongkol-Thepmuni (Sodh Candasaro) Wat Paknam Phasi Charoen and an imitated image of the Emerald Buddha as well as displays paintings of the royal families from past to present. View of the sea with rising tide makes it looks like the building is floating on the water. On top floor of the \"Relics of the Ganges Grand Pagoda\", a golden pagoda is located. People can go inside and see an altar containing the relics, which is the first of its kind in the world. Another place of worship is located on the right side of the \"Relics of the Ganges Grand Pagoda\", the chapel of Wat Hong Thong, which is situated over the sea as well. It was built in the Thai style consisting of gabel apex and hang hong as well as a courtyard around the chapel. Seats are provided for coastline wilderness viewing. The parade takes place during the annual Songkran festival on 12-14 April. There is an interesting local handicraft tradition in the centipede flag parade, which is the making of paper flags. This tradition has been passed on from the parent generations; the flag makers need to know the flag\u2019s details extremely well: for example, one centipede has nine breasts and 14 sections each; the centipede\u2019s breasts come in pairs, and the female centipedes have only one mouth while the males have two mouths. When finished, the makers will hang flour, a comb, a mirror, a tuft of hair, and a handkerchief from the centipedes\u2019 mouths. In the offering of the centipede flags, two to three centipedes are offered each time. The centipede flag parade is usually on land rather than boat. When arriving at the temple, the villagers will tie the flags on the poles in the hall for a religious ceremony. After that, the monks will encircle the flags using a holy thread, then the flag offering ceremony will begin with the citation of the Triple Gem\u2019s benevolence, followed by watering the Buddha\u2019s image and the monks. After that, the villagers will untie the centipede flags and raise them to the top of the Phoenix pole; it is believed that every time the flag moves because of the strong wind, the ancestors who\u2019ve passed will be able to go to heaven. The centipede flag parade tradition is an expression of the believers in the afterlife and the gratitude towards their ancestors, and religion is the link between the beliefs.
